What did I love?
I have changed my morning habits and now actually enjoy getting out of bed in the morning to exercise. There really is nothing like some fresh air and some cardio to get your day started! I also loved that this was not a quick fix weight loss gimmick, it truly is a lifestyle change.
What didn’t I love?
Saying goodbye to dairy. I am a yoghurt, ice cream and cheese fiend – it wasn’t easy!
What did I learn?
The smallest, simplest change can have a huge impact on energy levels and assist with weight loss. Sometimes it seems hard to get going, but once you notice change, spike in motivation can soar!
