Rebekah Davey’s Lithe Fit & Toned Nutrition and Lifestyle Program

Is it just me or is everyone feeling a little bit of information overload these days? In a wellness-saturated world, it’s hard to know what choices you should be making when it comes to your health, fitness and nutrition.  Every second post on my social media feeds include green smoothies, kale and early morning Yoga practice. I hear of people completely cutting out food groups such as gluten and sugar, participating in juice cleanses, jumping into 35 degree heat to practice Bikram Yoga and fasting for 2 days of every week.

So what is the answer? How can we achieve the lean, toned physique that we all want while still making sure our bodies are getting enough fuel and nutrients?

I’d like to introduce you to Rebekah Davy’s Lithe Fit and Toned Nutrition and Lifestyle Program. This is a lifestyle transformation and comes complete with nutritional plans and workouts to help you achieve whatever your goals are and support you along the way. And the best part is, it’s actually achievable! Unlike so many health and fitness trends, you won’t be left starving or trying to chew through kilos of kale.

Rebekah Davy is a Melbourne girl with a passion for health and fitness. The professional ballerina, personal trainer, nutrition coach AND gymnastics coach has spent most of her life living and breathing health and fitness, so she knows what your body needs to perform at its best.

Once you’ve signed up for Rebekah Davey’s Lithe Fit and Toned Nutrition and Lifestyle Program, you’ll receive a whopping PDF file absolutely teeming with information. Print it out. Put it in a folder and get ready to consult this on a daily basis! The program starts with the basics. Rebekah helps you set goals and encourages you to document your progress in a journal. I got myself a Moleskine Wellness Journal and absolutely love it, it’s the perfect place to record all my nutrition and fitness as well as tracking my progress.

Following this, Rebekah goes through absolutely everything you need to know in regards to nutrition and exercise to help you get the most out of the program. From tips and tricks on the best time of day to exercise (which is first thing in the morning) through to the best fat burning snacks – Rebekah leaves no stone unturned in making sure you’ve got all the information you need to be making the right food and lifestyle choices. This includes sample daily routines, information on food that will provide you with the most energy and vitality. You’ll also learn about foods to avoid, portion sizes and a comprehensive shopping list to get your pantry in tiptop shape before you start!

Rebekah has also provided you with a whole section of delicious and healthy recipes as well as sample exercises for you to follow and incorporate into your week. One of my favourite recipes was Bek’s Quinoa Hotcakes – click here to download the recipe. Make sure you follow her YouTube channel to stay up to date with all her latest workouts!

What did I love?

I have changed my morning habits and now actually enjoy getting out of bed in the morning to exercise. There really is nothing like some fresh air and some cardio to get your day started! I also loved that this was not a quick fix weight loss gimmick, it truly is a lifestyle change.

What didn’t I love?

Saying goodbye to dairy. I am a yoghurt, ice cream and cheese fiend – it wasn’t easy!

What did I learn?

The smallest, simplest change can have a huge impact on energy levels and assist with weight loss. Sometimes it seems hard to get going, but once you notice change, spike in motivation can soar!

So if you’re after a healthy lifestyle change, want to shape up or want to increase your fitness then this might just be the thing for you. The program is $77 and available via Rebekah Davey’s website.
